C100-4.0® software addon: Watchdog Control
This module allows for the dosing process to be terminated prematurely, or to respectively jump to another program when used in combination with the optional program link addon (see SW3900000).
The following extensions are provided:
- ...Supervision of certain conditions which must be satisfied in order for dosing to continue.
- AIR OUT pressure max + min, "Dosing pressure".
- Automatic adjustment of the dosing time via the 'AIR OUT area' in the waveform view.
- Inputs I1, I2, I3 (X10), i.e. for sensors / 24V signals / switches.
- Triggers INPUT + X30, i.e. finger switches, foot pedals / dosing signals via robot.
- ...Processing of multiple conditions via a logical gate that is applied in a cascading fashion (AND, OR, XOR + complements).
- ...Granting the process a customizable stabilization period.
